Foundations of Canadian law course

Intensive Classes

Foundations of Law is one of the most challenging NCA exams. All 10 topics of the course will be discussed, the instructor will choose to spend more time on those areas that he feels are more important. Candidates will also learn what changes were made to the most recent syllabus and how that may impact the structure and style of the exam. Our classes are based on the latest NCA syllabus.

Exam Workshop

We concentrate solely on solving exam questions in the exam workshop. In order to attend this workshop, students must have completed their studies or taken our intensive classes. Foundations of Law is one of the most challenging NCA exams. Candidates in the exam workshop will discuss difficult questions that are created by our team. You will be working on the current NCA sample exam on the NCA website, and also two other exams will be emailed to you. The instructor will select which questions from the three exams will be discussed and in which order.

This class includes:

  • 3-hour live session

  • Past NCA sample exam papers – Going through NCA sample exam questions and assisting you as to how to answer them

  • Opportunity to submit a written answer to an assigned question and have your instructor grade it and offer you feedback

  • Students may have the opportunity to work in small groups on an assigned task under the instructor’s guidance
