The criminal law notes are based off of the updated Jan 2019 NCA syllabus.  They include all of the cases listed on the syllabus and Coughlan 3rd Edition readings only.  The notes do not cover the Roach readings which basically explain how the relevant case law apply.

You will receive 1 set of electronic notes in PDF format only.  These files are not editable.  If you would like to have a version that you may edit, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, rather CLICK HERE for the MS Word Version.  The main set are approximately 129 pages long including a detailed table of contents.  Included in that summary is a 6 page summary of the entire course which gives you the ratio of each case for the relevant section.

Notes have several security features programmed inside so as to prevent sharing and trace the materials back to the original purchaser.

 The download will contain a zip file which you will need to first extract (see the instructions below).  

 

How to Unzip Files:

On a PC:

To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

On a Mac:

Uncompress (expand) an item: Double-click the .zip file
