The administrative law notes are summarized according to the June 2021 NCA syllabus. The notes summarize the 7th edition casebook and there is a new 2023 NCA syllabus that merely updates the casebook to the 9th edition, however, we have contacted Emond and they have confirmed that there is no 9th edition textbook but an 8th edition textbook. The 7th edition of the casebook has been out of date for a few years now. As a result, the NCA updated prior syllabi with the newer cases to make sure that everyone was studying from the latest case law. Our notes include all the new cases that the NCA posted to the syllabus including the Vavilov framework for answering substantive law questions. The most recent NCA syllabus for administrative law simply updates the edition of the textbook that now incorporates the cases that were previously missing in the 7th edition. We have not gone through the new textbook in detail yet, but the law has not changed from what we have in our notes. If you do wish to purchase our notes, we recommend that you get the latest textbook as well so you can use them both for your studies.

The first summary "Long Summary" is about 182 pages in length. The second set of notes "Short Summary" is a condensed version of the longer set and is approximately 44 pages long. Each summary contains a detailed table of contents. Notes have several security features programmed inside so as to prevent sharing and trace the materials back to the original purchaser.
Once your order is made, you will receive an email with a link to download the notes. The download will contain a zip file which you will need to first extract (see the instructions below). The link expires 24 hours after you first access it.
How to Unzip Files:
On a PC:
To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
On a Mac:
Uncompress (expand) an item: Double-click the .zip file
