At iCON, Áine is the only lawyer on the investment team in North America. She executes all mergers and acquisitions and oversees the compliance program. Prior to joining iCON, Áine worked as a corporate associate in the banking and finance group at Fasken Martineau, Toronto where she worked across a wide range of transactions, with a focus on infrastructure. Áine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Toronto.
