Alexander Pletsch is a practicing lawyer and dedicated educator who brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to his role as an NCA Tutor. With a focus on real estate and property tax law, he provides students with invaluable insights derived from his active legal career.
A graduate of the University of Sussex with a Bachelor of Laws, Alexander's academic foundation is complemented by a Bilingual Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from York University-Glendon Campus. This unique educational background gives him a comprehensive perspective on a range of legal issues. He has built a strong practice with a focus on mediation and a deep understanding of land transfer tax, property tax & assessment, and lease reviews.
Alexander's passion for mentorship is evident in his long-standing commitment to helping licensing candidates succeed. For four years he has assisted and directed a team in preparing the comprehensive Ontario bar indices for LexPD, an experience that has given him a unique, first-hand understanding of what it takes to pass the licensing exams.
