Laura Mijares

Laura focuses her practice on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law, Corporate Law and Wills and Estates. Laura’s experience extends to purchase and sale transactions of residential properties, condominiums, commercial properties and new construction homes, as well as refinance transactions. In corporate matters, Laura has also advised clients in share purchase negotiations and capital funding through private placement transactions.

Outside from work, Laura finds time to volunteer at her parish and attends board and committee meetings for different charitable and social programs. She also enjoys entertaining family and friends, but most of all, she loves having movie nights and going on field trips with her husband and their two children.
