Mariel Gerges

Mariel is an Employment Lawyer at Achkar Law.

Mariel previously advised in general practice areas: real estate, corporate, commercial and wills and estate planning.

Right after high school, Mariel obtained her LL.B. (Hons) Law Degree from Newcastle University, UK. Mariel was awarded the International LL.B. Scholarship from Newcastle University, a competitive three-year scholarship granted based on the merit of her application to the university.

She went on to obtain her LL.M. and Postgraduate LPC with distinction from BPP University, UK. During her Postgraduate degree, she was a Pro Bono Volunteer for the Employment Law Telephone Advice Line and the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal Service.

Outside of the office, Mariel is an avid hiker and enjoys hiking in new places.
