If you are unsuccessful in attempting any particular NCA subject 3 times, then the NCA requires a remedial plan from you. We have been providing students with remedial plans that are designed to give candidates their best chance at succeeding on their fourth and final attempt.

New Syllabi released for Professional Responsibility and Criminal Law
Today the NCA released a new syllabus for Professoinal Responsibility and Criminal Law. The new syllabi will only be applicable for test takers writing the January 2018 exams, it will not apply to the October 2017 exams.
