The syllabus for Business Organizations was last updated on December 14, 2011, the same year that the casebook was published. On August 15, 2016, the 6th edition of the casebook was released and we should expect the NCA syllabus for Business Organizations to be revised shortly to reflect the new edition of the casebook.

NCA Changes Fee Structure
On May 11, 2016, the NCA announced a change to their fee structure.
Effective July 1st, 2016, assessments are now $450 + taxes and effective immediately, the cost of each exam is $340 + taxes.

Hello Everyone.
It's been an incredibly busy week and I'm excited for the exam workshops this Sunday for criminal, consti, and admin law.
These workshops are where we spend our focus on the exam questions and I also discuss the most common mistakes that NCA students make on their exams. The admin law workshop is beyond capacity but I can accept 1 more student via skype.
