These Contract Law notes are summarized according to the April 2023 NCA syllabus and include the case and chapter summaries listed as required reading in the syllabus. The notes are based off the 11th edition S. Ben-Ishaid and D. Percy “Contracts: Cases and Commentaries” textbook.

The notes are on sale for the first 30 students to purchase them.

You will receive a set of electronic notes in PDF format only.  This file is not editable.  The notes are approximately 230 pages in length.  The notes includes a detailed table of contents.
