Saad Minhas

Saad is Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, Americas at Equinix, advising on construction, project finance, real estate and general matters across the continent. Equinix is a REIT and global leader in data centre solutions. Saad’s legal and commercial experience has spanned over a decade, for major organizations including TELUS, Infrastructure Ontario, RBC and WeWork.

He received his law degree from the University of Westminster in London, England. Saad was the Editor in Chief of the Westminster Law Review and President of the University of Westminster Law Society. He was recently recognized as a Future Leader in Construction by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) at their Prompt Payment and Adjudication Symposium.
