Sareh was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2020 and practices at Whaley Estate Litigation Partners (WEL Partners), practising exclusively in estate-related matters. Sareh advises Estate Trustees, Attorneys, Guardians, and Fiduciaries on their duties and obligations arising at common law and legislatively. Prior to joining WEL Partners, Sareh practised at a law firm in Johannesburg, South Africa where she assisted the firm in establishing the Estates Department and focused on estate planning, administration of estate and estates litigation.
