Different editions of the same code?

Not all versions of the 2020 Criminal Code are the same! Some 2020 editions were printed in early/mid-2019. That means that they’re missing significant changes that were adopted in late June 2019. The changes are vast and if you are purchasing a new or used copy of the 2020 criminal code, you’ll want to make sure you have the version that includes the 2019 amendments. Before purchasing, browse through the code and verify that it contains the 2019 amendments.
